Property Management & Services
Aries Property Management will tailor our services based on your needs and your budget. We are not opposed to working with your established staff, but also have extensive contacts in the area. We can find the lowest and fairest prices by taking estimates from a variety of professional workers. Jobs will not be performed without prior approval and agreement of price.  Jobs will be closely monitored to ensure work does not exceed the negotiated price.

Security Checks
We will inspect your property on a regular basis. This service includes monitoring of windows, doors, exterior fixtures and furniture, dealing with security firm if an alarm goes off, and holding a set of house keys in order to resolve any issues that may arise such as water leaks or power outages.

Overseeing Rental Season
We will be the local contacts to meet and greet your guests. We can arrange welcome packs, airport transfers, housekeeping, laundry service, English speaking babysitters, and organize activities for guests. We will also inspect the property after guest departure and notify you if any damages are found.

Gardening
We can arrange to keep your lawn cut, your trees and hedges healthy, and even make sure that your harvest is collected when it is time.  

Pool Maintenance
We will organize pool cleanings, chemical checks, and if technical maintenance is required we’ll oversee the work on your behalf.

Housekeeping and Laundry Service
We will organize cleanings and fresh linens so that your home will always be ready for guests, or for your arrival.

Bill Paying and Postal Service
We will oversee payment service for electricity, water, insurance and local taxes, checking to ensure that bills have been paid if done by direct debit, arranging payments for all maintenance and custodian
services, collecting any post that arrives in your box, mail forwarding, accepting deliveries, and ordering gas and wood.

E-mail Updates
We feel that communication with our clients is extremely important, so we send regular updates on services and projects through e-mail, phone calls or Skype.

Maintenance and Repair Work
We can provide supervision and recommendation of contractors for maintenance and repair works, or organize for a specific worker of your choice to complete any works needed.   

Oversee Projects
We can provide supervision and management of construction work, and recommend a building surveyor to carry out surveys and local authority/land registry searches.

Translations and Interpreting
We are bilingual and can provide translations and interpreting services.

Airport Transfer
Collection/Return to and from various airports.
